Hi Tobias, I think this is a non issue - I jira'ed it when investigating
MH-8353 I think if we're happy that Episode service will skip actions that have
no meaning in its context. Prior to MH-8353 these actions would cause the a NPE
and a workflow failure - so one of the possible solution could be that the
Episode service must by contract understand all possible actions (I suspected
this was not the design of the service but wasn't sure)
