Hi Greg, Unfortunately I can't join the call as I have a memorial service to attend.
I briefly reviewed the ddl work and to me it looks good and would offer a +1 (non binding) to it being in 1.3. We need this in so we can move our production instance to 1.3 ahead of the start of the new year.
