MH-7933 - Added Ubuntu version specific dependency installation code so that 10.04, 10.10, 11.04 and 11.10 can all simultanously be supported. Does that mean we should be publicizing the use of all of these versions of ubuntu (e.g. is it tested) or should we ask people to stick to the previous versions of the OS that we know work?
