Possible text to be added to the 1.3 Release Notes:
"The method for adding captions to a Recording has changed in 1.3. In order to
add captions to a Recording, you must upload the captions file (which must be a
DFXP file) along with any other files for the Recording, using the Upload form.
You can no longer add captions during a hold state (thus it is not possible to
add captions to a Scheduled Recording)."
