your framerate and resolution is very unusual.
I decided to make this a FAQ entry instead of a fix, based on the solution you
suggested:

I guess to make this a fixed change could cause problems with HD-videos for
example. In general I would create an own workflow for these files with an own
encoding profile to prepare this media.
