Hi Greg, thanks a lot for figuring out which tables lead to problems. I do not
advise to remove indexes simply to satisfy a max field length of a certain
database, the primary keys are there intentionally and can't simply be dropped.
Dictionary can indeed be reduced by reducing the size of the language field
(added a patch)
If we want to reduce the length of the other fields, we need to make sure we
catch that length early enough. However, I think it's quite a restriction to
impose the length of usernames or organization identifiers. Do we want to
reduce both of them to 128 bits? Or have different lengths?
