Hi committers, As per our practice, it's my pleasure as release manager to #propose that revision 11971 of the 1.3.x branch (also known as 1.3-rc7), plus whatever changes are required to be done as part of the release process, be released as 1.3.0.
The voting time for this proposal normally ends 72 hours from now, however I will be away from the office until the 9th. As such, unless Ruediger wants (can? Permissions, etc) to push the release himself we can push the end of voting back until Monday or Tuesday. Of course, if any committer has voted -1 this kills the release I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you that any -1 votes are expected to be accompanied by details of the objection and plans to move forward towards a new release candidate. I feel that the 1.3.x branch has been sufficiently tested and is ready for production. There are no outstanding release blockers, three outstanding critical issues, thirteen outstanding major issues, three outstanding minor issues, and no outstanding trivial issues.
