Ideally we'd let users enter a series name here (as they've been able to do in
previous releases.)
If not possible, a restrictive autocomplete solution would work reasonably
well. (Similar to what jira does; screenshots attached)
The simplest solution is probably a dropdown. (Not so good because the list can
quickly get very long.)
