Script appears to work, except that it's not checking the return on the
execution of the 3rd party installer:

Installing the 3rd-party tools failed. Please run
/opt/matterhorn/capture-agent/matterhorn-source/docs/scripts/3rd_party/do-all.

Matterhorn succesfully installed
Also, does the script install a streaming server if the user chooses to use
one? This is somewhat unclear considering we install just about everything
else.
