The service is now using Workspace to store uploaded files:
- when target MediaPackage is specified the payload is added as a Track to this
MP
- when target MediaPackage is not specified the payload is moved to the
collection 'uploaded' in the WFR (with upload job ID as filename to avoid
collisions)
In both cases the field 'url' in the upload job information holds the URL of
the uploaded files final location.
