This is a really really old ticket.
This may not be the best place to mention this.
Grab install_dependencies.sh from:
http://opencast.jira.com/source/browse/MH/branches/1.3.x/docs/scripts/ubuntu_capture_agent/install_dependencies.sh
Save it in the same directory as install.sh. Modify line 234 so that standard
error isn't going to /dev/null. This should tell you why it's not building.
