Hi Roshan,
if you navigate to /load/org.opencastproject.organization-mh_default_org.cfg,
you'll find a line that reads:
# Define which parts of the engage ui should be visible
prop.engageui.link_download.enable=false
If you set this property to "true" and restart your installation, you should
see the download links, see MH-7135 for more details.
