As far as I know, we don't use PyTube (see http://www.ubuntugeek.com/pytube-best-youtubegoogle-manager-downloader-and-video-converter-for-ubuntu-linux.html). I have no reference to PyTube in my 3rd party scripts. I don't know how Micah got this error. In the meantime, Matterhorn 3rd party tools install just fine.
