I think this is deprecated. Earlier versions of the init script did not contain
any chkconfig values at all. Before the 1.3 release I added "chkconfig: 2345 99
01" which would create S99matterhorn, like we have it for a long time for
ubuntu now.
But with the switch to Felix 4 it seems to me that the matterhorn_init_d.sh
script was completly removed? Or have I just not noticed the new location?
