I noticed this effect while processing our mp4 files which are highly
compressed. I think the current method of image extraction as noted in this
ticket adds a huge burden of work on the server and time delay in finishing the
processing of the video. My opinion is that this ticket should remain open, the
problem reviewed and resolved.
