Are these workflows included by default?  Or are they in our wiki?  I
wasn't a huge fan of including them by default initially since it's not
fair to other manufacturers, but without any documentation I couldn't
exactly just expect people to figure it out on their own.  If we are
hosting that documentation I can certainly just drop the Epiphan related
workflow stuff in there next to it.  Otherwise I need to get the docs
hosted with Epiphan.
