I'm still hoping to get this thing going. It is a proof of concept. We
currently use Moodle and BigBlueButton for our LMS and Virtual Classroom
solution. I learned about Matterhorn through the BigBlueButton project. I
wish to upgrade to BBB .8 with Matterhorn integration so that we can record
desktop sharing.
When I couldn't get 1.3 to build and run I tried working with 1.2 on another
local Ubuntu 10.04 VM. I got further on that but it still seems like I'm
struggling with missing dependencies on start up. So when I browse to ip:8080
I get a blank page (better than a 404 I supose).
As for the issues I'm having on 1.3 I also noticed the permissions on the log
directory and took care of that but it didn't fix the 404 error.
I am using felix 3.2.2 which I didn't do the first time. The directions say to
use the latest version with a link to felix before it says not to.
At this point I'm getting build errors trying to rerun the build command. I
think it's resource related. I'll try to allocate more memory to the vm delete
everything and start over.
