Hello!
We are just under two weeks away from the North American Opencast Matterhorn
Unconference, hosted by Harvard University! There is still time to register and
plan your trip to Cambridge! If you have been on the fence deciding on whether
to join us, now is the time to decide! There are some last minute lodging
options available via Airbnb [1].
At the unconference, three experienced Matterhorn software committers will be
leading a workshop on Day 1 [2]. There are already have 15 session proposals
[3] up for voting by the community for Days 2 & 3! Also on Day 3, there will be
ample room to collaborate on Matterhorn related ideas, whether it be through
conversation or through coding! Last, we have three groups participating in our
Capture Agent Showcase [4].
We're really excited about what is ahead! The week before our unconference
begins in June, we’ll be forwarding along to attendees some further tips on how
to prepare for the unconference --what to bring, how to connect with others,
even some proposed extracurricular activities! Really looking forward to
meeting you in Cambridge!
