Was this ever answered? (Don't see any response in Nabble.) I'm assuming that, 
conceptually, ROLE_COURSE_ADMIN is for someone other than an instructor that 
needs access to only recordings/series in a particular series, but in practice 
is there any need to have two different roles? i.e. is there any difference in 
access there between  "ROLE_INSTRUCTOR" and "ROLE_COURSE_ADMIN"?
