FYI, I am seeing the same error on the CA and the entry on the server also says
"Ready for Review".
As far as I can tell, this agent appears to connect to the server fine
(especially since the ingest actually completes...), the firewall should be
allowing all incoming communication the MH server.

I think both the MH server and CA are NOT behind a proxy, so MH-8372 probably
does not apply here.

Can you take a look at the server and see if ingest-temp is filling up?
