We've hit a bit of a snag in allowing LTI users to schedule recordings
or upload recordings.
Essentially the media package seems to be created but never proceeds
beyond "initialising".
In the logs the only error seen is:
12:30:33 WARN (ServiceRegistryJpaImpl$JobDispatcher:2006) - Unable to
dispatch job 4701: creator
'lti:vula.uct.ac.za:375c3693-6208-447f-bf2b-ea2d7e6bef06' is not available
Now I suspect the issue is that the LTI user is an in memory user and
the dispatch thread naturally has no knowledge of this user. Is this
correct and and the correct behaviour on the part of the service
registry. If so how do we work around this?
