I've been working on the captions upload hold operation these last days and
fixed it.
Documentation and QA tests have been added to the wiki as well.
These modifications bring back the hold state to upload captions. It allows to
add DFXP captions to a recording during the workflow. In the hold UI, you can
also watch the recording with the uploaded captions and then change them or
continue the workflow without adding any captions.
The default workflow has been modified with this captions upload operation. A
new workflow "add captions" has been created to add captions to episode.
The future step for this captions uploader would be to add support for SRT. A
captions converter already exist so it wouldn't be to difficult to use it to
automatically convert SRT files to DFXP to be use with the Engage player.
