I don't think we ever had a working DVD workflow, and most of us have learned
to pretend it's not there. If history serves me correctly, it's there because
at one point it was the only alternate workflow and we needed to demonstrate
Matterhorn's capability to have multiple workflows to select from. Isn't it
just time to remove this one?
