Just tested on testadmin.usask.ca, and sure enough, when I set the duration to
1 hour, it shows up on the Upcoming tab as 2 hours. When I go to edit the
recording, the duration dropdown shows 2 hours. See screenshots.
There is definitely something odd going on, and while I can't reproduce exactly
what Edmore has, it's clear that we need somebody to take a look. I guess I'll
assign to Greg to bring to his attention, and hopefully a developer who has
messed with this code will come forward (or Greg will have an idea who to
assign to this.)
