Yep.  I stepped on that a little too hard perhaps, but I think it's
going to work out in the end.

I like this, but what if your institution doesn't have trunk
permissions?  How about the above, plus a few from each of the msubs?
This might depend on how active the msubs actually are of course, but it
could highlight that there are other groups who, despite not having
trunk commit rights, are still actively developing with Matterhorn.
