Since when "input-selector" is part of the "bad" set? It has been part of the
core elements for a long time.
Besides, it doesn't make sense. The "bad" set is for those elements which have
patents of are not free software or similar "policy" issues. There is no way a
basic element as "input-selector" can be affected by such considerations.
