This is an issue in MH1.4rc2.
1) In Recordings, click "Upload Recording"
2) Assign new recording to an existing Series
3) Assign a workflow which tags and publishes the episode dublin core
4) The <dcterms:isPartOf> is not found in the episode xml
5) A search for search/episode.xml?sid=[seriesid] does not find the episode
Expected results : the isPartOf exists and has the series Id, the episode can
be found using sid=[seriesId]
