I guess not many people is using the "email-error-handler", and after all it's just a copy of the default error-handler with the "email" operation included.
You can keep it, delete it or include it in the default error workflow and comment it out. If you prefer any of the two latter, could you assign me a JIRA ticket to document how to enable the email operation handler? There is already a page about the service, so it would only mean including another section explaining that.
