Markus, further testing shows that the problem can only be reproduced if
distribution to streaming is added, it does not happen with downloads-based
distributino only. In the case or a streaming server being installed, there are
two versions of each track (and matching flavor) in the mediapackage, once with
http, once with an rtmp url, which seems to cause some irritation to the engage
player.
