Is this ticket about how the config.properties variable storage.dir
should not be used as the root directory for all of the storage
directories which are shared between distributed nodes?
i.e.
org.opencastproject.storage.dir=/opt/matterhorn-storage-NFS/node-private/node1
org.opencastproject.download.directory=/opt/matterhorn-storage-NFS/node-shared/downloads

Downgrading to crit. We should do this, but it's not blocking the release.
There are lots of institutions who are running a multi-host installation where
everything resides on a single, large, shared storage space. If upgrading back
up to RB please include better steps to reproduce.
