I haven't seen this problem before, but this seems to be a UI issue and is not
related to my changes in the backend. May I ask you to open a separate ticket
for it? The strange thing is that the editor that doesn't work for you does
work for me (we are talking about the episode service's mediapackage metadata
editor, right?)
