No, this ticket was about mocking up a more usable role editor (I'm pretty sure
the one the one we have now, if it's even working--can't see it on either
testallinon, testadmin, or our local dev server--was needing a bunch of UI
enhancements). But since it seems unlikely that someone will be willing to do
the enhancements in the near term, I'm going to resolve this as "On Hold".
