It appears Heidi no longer works at the University of Toronto, and she
is still listed as the primary developer of OpenCaps at
http://opencaps.idrc.ocad.ca/site/index.php?page=contact. So I think we
can safely say this project is abandoned, at least the Matterhorn
integration piece of it.
I'll delete the wiki pages. Can one of the devs please remove this
module from contrib?

I don't know how the captioning system worked before, but I do
remember
*something* working on the demo box. That being said, no one has
tested
this, much less maintained it, for quite some time, so I'm +1 to
remove
it as well.
