As far as I know, the inbox is using the inbox configuration to determine the
workflow id and workflowConfig. It doesn't help to specify it in the capture
agent properties, at least if you copy the zip to the inbox folder, because
it's never read from the inbox.
I recently fixed MH-9252 which allows to specify the workflowConfig in the
inbox. So a possible workaround is to use multiple inbox folder with different
inbox configuration, then the capture agents copies to the inbox folder, based
on the workflow he wants to start.
