The tables are autogenerated just before the final release, but having someone
go through them as is right now will help me make sure what I generate later is
correct. Please steal this issue if you feel qualified!
Edit: Specifically, indexes are *not* autogenerated, which is part of why we
lack them in so many obvious places. If you're working on this ticket, please
make sure to add indexes where appropriate!
