Michelle and all,
I will look into why recurring scheduled recordings "View Info" doesn't display
a capture agent info section. It seems reasonable that they would have been
assigned to a capture agent device.
I also notice "File Uploaded:" is not showing any kind of value like a date or
"yes" or true or a "wouldn't you like to know". Just a colon ":" that implies a
missing value.

The other two issues: pre-ingested recordings not showing distribution info;
and post-ingested recordings not showing capture agent info. My gut tells me
that Matterhorn knows about a Capture Agent when the recording is running
through the Capture Agent workflow. Then it knows about Distribution once the
recording is handed off to Matterhorn at ingest and Matterhorn fires up the new
processing workflow dictated at ingest. The pre and post-ingest stages are kept
separate. They are separate workflows. The Admin can't provide distribution
info when it doesn't yet know if the recording will even be assigned to a
workflow with a distribution step.
