So I spent the last couple of hours trying to figure out why every time I
restarted Felix it would start processing something immediately, despite my
clearing the work directory. Turns out that 13466 changed the default work
directory to a hard-coded /opt/matterhorn/content_trunk. Let's be more careful
with this mmkay? I'll get back and merge things later, but I've fixed trunk
for now.
