After further testing, it appears that the captions are working, as long as I
don't check "Archive" when uploading the file. I've been getting very
consistent results - if I check "Archive", the captions will not display in the
Engage player. If I don't check "Archive", they display. I hope that helps
someone debug, because I'd hate to have to choose between archiving and
captions!
