The capture agents are doing updates on Upcoming jobs and if this doesn't
happen the warning message is shown as described. At the moment there is no
implementation to do updates on upcoming jobs from the system itself.
It could be implement for examples with a repeating job checking outdated
upcoming events and setting them to FAILED.
