The issue has been solved by making the return of a media file optional to the
EncoderEngine interface. This way the first pass does not return a file and the
ComposerService can safely skip to add a new element to the media package.
To define that an encoding does not create a media file the special
EncodingProfile#MediaType Nothing has been introduced. Please see also the
default encoding profile properties file which contain updated documentation.
