Here we need to think about the semantics of deleting an episode from the
archive. Does this also mean to retract the episode from its distribution
channels? If not one will not be able to retract the episode at a later stage
since it simply does not appear in the archive anymore. On the other hand
deleting files to free up some space on the archive should probably not be
coupled with removing the episode from its channel.
Entwine will make a proposal about a new media package element describing
distributions. This may solve the problem along with an extension to the
archive to selectively delete media package elements.
