I suggest implementing a Quartz job that is running once a day and removes job
arguments, job context and jobs that are older than x (60?) days. That value
should be configurable in
etc/services/org.opencastproject.ServiceRegistryJpaImpl.properties and allow to
be commented out, in which case the data is being kept forever.
