Found this in the logs which seems wrong. 01/27 04:56:42 INFO: inadequate feasible tasks found for job 99746:0 (0 < 10) 01/27 04:56:42 INFO: inadequate nodes found for job 99746:0 (0 < 5) 01/27 04:56:42 INFO: insufficient idle resources selected in partition DEFAULT: (0 of 10 tasks/0 of 0 nodes)
First it knows that 5 nodes are needed then the next line it thinks that 0 nodes are needed. The 5 comes from J->Req[0]->NodeCount while the 0 comes from J->Request.NC. This is from MJobSelectMNL (and MJobGetINL). There is also an incorrect logout put in MJobSelectMNL.
