My user runs parallel code on dual processor nodes using Torque and specifies a ppn=1 but wants exclusive use of the nodes he runs on. For example, he specifies 8 nodes but only one processor per node but these nodes need to be marked unavailable by the Maui scheduler. As it stands someone else can run on the same nodes if he/she has ppn=1 specified. I only want to set this policy for this one user and no one else. Any help would be appreciated. |
