We are having issues with the distribution of tasks on SMP nodes, it
seems like maui allocates resources using a round robin algorithm and we
would like to implement something more MPI/shm friendly.
The TASKDISTRIBUTIONPOLICY parameter documentation doesn't provide much
details about it's use, it only informs about it's two possible values
DEFAULT and LOCAL.
Is there any other documentation on how to define a LOCAL algorithm? Or
maybe this LOCAL option refers to a locally defined policy by the
resource manager PBS/Torque?
