brain-dead way to see where 16 is used...I notice a few hard-coded 16s, but
don't know any relationship of these items (or what if something is
interdependent and set to 32...or whatever value < 128)
anyone had experience setting the max queues > 16 and if so how large? And
what other build-time params did you change?

So should I try to track this down or is someone familiar with the maui code
can tell me? (or at least point me in the right direction)

Indeed. Some other buffer that should be dependant on one of those
defines, isn't.
