Dear all,
I have try qsub -l file option for my job.
When I request 4000mb, my job will start.
When I request 4100mb, my job is queued.
sorry, when I request 4100mb, my job is failed with exit status -2.
Is it normal? Thanks.
I use torque-2.0.0p8 and maui-3.2.6p14 on RHEL4 WS 32bit.
Yes, 32bit OSes can't set ulimits past the 4GB mark.
See
http://www.clusterresources.com/pipermail/torqueusers/2006-June/003711.html
for a Torque patch that should get around the problem.
