the output of qstat. However the job that is the PREEMPTOR does not start, I get the following error message. Can someone please tell me what is causing the following error messages -

Maybe, but only maybe, it's because you didn't define the standard resources (this taskcount 0 < 1 looks like it). In qmgr try:
