[catching up again] Thinking further what we could really do with is a way to tell Maui & Moab to do the right thing, rather than extending the RM (and then extending the scheduler to cope). Perhaps add another JOBNODEMATCHPOLICY option, perhaps ALMOSTEXACTNODE ?
