I'd like to have our systems that have 4 cores interleave jobs with less than 4
processes. That is, if two single-process jobs come in, they're currently
scheduled one-after-another on the same system. What's the best approach to
having subsequent jobs spawned on different hosts if other hosts are idle?
I guess it is a matter of NODEALLOCATIONPOLICY
Here we use FIRSTAVAILABLE and I listed the nodes in an order I wanted.
Maybe you can use MINRESOURCE to have that behaviour...
